Sabine Nkolo Atangana, Founder, CEO of the Riimex Group and the author of DATABASE, has more than 20 years of experience in an international environment.

She holds a Master's degree in Corporate Finance from INSEEC Business School, and is fluent in English, French, Russian, Eton and Bassa, with a reasonable knowledge of German.

After starting her career in accounting and portfolio management in the real estate, insurance and reinsurance sectors (HSBC, BNP Cardif Private Bank, CNP Assurance, ex Fortis Assurance, Skandia Link, Axa Liabilities Managers, Scor Global Life, Axa France), she has specialised in recent years in risk management (accounting, finance and tax), audit and accounting management, financial and strategic analysis (internal and external), research and teaching, and has been a member of AFTE (French Association of Corporate Treasurers).

During her research and teaching experience, Sabine has worked for a number of public and private organisations. These include an Austrian diplomat posted to the United Nations, some members of the Egyptian diplomatic corps in Geneva and the Consul of the Arab Republic of Egypt in Geneva.

Sabine has been a member of OFA (Organising For America) and was a co-signer with President Barack Obama of the 2010 Affordable Care Act.

And she was among the UK companies CEO selected to represent United Kingdom expertise at the Seminar “UK expertise in IT services and solutions in the Energy industry” at the British Ambassador’s residence in Moscow on 31 October 2017.

As a karate practitioner, she also had the honour of training with the Japanese legend Kancho Hirokazu Kanazawa and his son Sensei Fumitoshi Kanazawa.

Sabine's current objectives are to deepen her research, share her knowledge and work on auditing, consulting, accounting, risk management, strategic and/or financial analysis projects (including M&A projects) at micro, macro or global level through a company she founded in London in 2017: The Riimex Group.
