And if we take into account the fact that this dwelling was unsanitary and indecent, with rotten walls full of mould, air seeping in between the windows and the walls, water also seeping in, leaving clearly visible traces on the floor, hot water generally cut off, with an average temperature in the living room of between 14.5 and 17.5 degrees Celsius, and therefore between 12 and 16 degrees Celsius in the bedrooms, all of which resulted in temporary total disability of 8 days, then 10 days, hospitalisation of 2 weeks, and several hospitalisations of 3 to 4 days, surgical operations under terrible conditions that led to temporary total disability of more than 30 days...
