Various false losses of more than 1 million € each - Made by FlexClip, Riimex Group and Mag. Sabine Nkolo Atangana
During her contract at the Axa France financial department, Magister Sabine Nkolo Atangana has noted numerous cases similar to the contract of the late Mr Serge Dassault.
Such as the EUR 1,416,271.71 (Email exchanges from 5 to 6 and 6 to 12 December 2011,
reimbursed between the years 1990 and 2000) but recorded as losses in November 2011 by Magister Nkolo Atangana on the orders of her manager, who had the agreement of the accounting director and the lawyers, and the EUR 1,270,339.04 (Email exchanges of 14 December 2011), also reimbursed between 1990 and 2000).
Thus, not only were they asking Magister Nkolo Atangana to cover up the fraudulent disappearance of funds (see pages 17 to 19 of the summary note), but they also made the 2011 and 2012 financial years bear expenses that had nothing to do with those financial years, contravening articles L. 123-12, L. 123-21, L. 232-1 and L. 232-14 of the French Commercial Code, and articles 314-1 of the Criminal Code on breach of trust and 1741 of the General Tax Code on tax fraud, as well as article 324-1 of the Criminal Code on money laundering.
As for the EUR 2,566,052.61 (Email exchanges of 14 December 2011), which has not been repaid because Axa France employees have tampered with the systems to be able to return all the capital to customers without deducting the advances (at least that's what they claim); they also obviously fall under Articles L. 123-12, L. 123-21, L. 232-1 and L. 232-14 of the Commercial Code, 314-1 of the Criminal Code on breach of trust and 1741 of the General Tax Code on tax fraud, as well as article 324-1 of the Criminal Code on money laundering.
So it's hardly surprising that they have been condemned by regulators on numerous occasions.
Nevertheless, it is important to note that experienced investigators, most regulators and a wide range of banking and insurance professionals needed almost ten years to understand the way they were cheating and what they were doing to cover themselves, and yet some hypocrites expected Magister Sabine Nkolo Atangana to understand everything in less than a year and find the right solution not only for herself but also the right way to protect her teammate, the company and of course the system.
